Hard drive is working really good only wish I had bought the bigger hard drive but this will work

Pain to set up with an external hard drive case. Once it’s set up it’s easy to use.

My HP Envy Laptop died. I came in to speak with The Geek Squad at the Georgetown, Texas store. I was impressed with the agent. He checked the laptop thoroughly and very quickly. He diagnosed the problem, bad hard drive, and he immediately went to pick up a new one and it was installed in an hour. Problem solved. This laptop works better now than when it was new. Good product and excellent service!

Bought to expand as a 2nd drive in a gaming laptop, and it works just as well as I expected. WD has been around forever, I've used them forever, and never had any complaints. Actually ordered another drive for my gaming rig while I was at it..

Not much to say. It’s a mechanical hard drive. Slower than an ssd but cheaper. Bulk storage and it works well enough.

It has been working great and was very easy to install. Excited to see some results when needed.

Not the fastest drive, but adequate. ProdBest Buy curbside delivery painfully slow. Unresponsive people on phones, finally had to flag down person making delivery to someone else to get service. Better off going into store to get what i need. Stopped at same store (Hamburg,NY) looking at a new TV. 4 sales people conversing near the cash register in the electronics dept, no one offered to assist me. I finally bought a TV directly from the manufacturer, much more responsive.

They did a great job and it was so much faster and worked like it was brand new
