    Solid replacement drive for a laptop computer (the primary drive is an SSD, this was the secondary drive). The old hard drive died, and the replacement was straight forward.

    Laptop froze. Geek squad got me appointment next morning. They evaluated and reported the damaged drive that required replacement. Explained pros and cons of available options. I then researched on my own. Best buy had the best price over competitors and repair was done within a day as part in stock. Amazing turn around and great service. First experience with geek squad and excellent.

    My computer use to take about 5-10 minutes to boot up. Now it boots right up with no problem. I brought in my computer for repair and it took a few hours and I was back to work and they even saved my pictures that were on the computer. Great job geek squad!
