Just what to expect with a budget hard drive within a certain price range. If you're not aware, WD has great downloadable diagnostic and utilities for their drives. Software actually works very well.

Simple and affordable additional storage for Eufy home camera system.

Geeks are working on drivers for the video card as a result of popups indicating incompatibility. Not sure if this is simply a software problem or hardware. Either case it has taken Best Buy over a week and the problem is still not solved.

It works great but it has a loud sound that I don't know if it's normal. I used to had another type of hard drive that didn't have any sound and now this is a little annoying.

Told me what was broken and fixed the problem - easy to remedy.

I had my computer looked at by your geek squad and they said I needed a hard drive and or maybe a mother board and I did not need either,got the computer running fine by getting it readjusted and reinstalled windows and now it works great,I had bought a geek squad service for a year and this hard drive and canceled out on both,did not need the hard drive and decided I did not need the part or that kind of service either,I could not say my experience with them was good,sorry

I bought this hard drive for my son's laptop. He did not use it and I had to return it. He wanted a bigger and better one so he could run his games and store data. Sorry I could not write a more accurate review.

I just wish the Geek Squad was more forthcoming with the news my hard drive was dying so I didn’t have to pay another whole year of Geek Squad.

I bought a Western Digital Hard drive 6 months ago, and it died. Best Buy couldnt replace it, because it was under WD warrantee. Best Buy gave me a great deal on this replacement. Fingers crossed

It seems that they did not care about noise You can hear it every time it moves (gets data ) . Storing was not loud

I am getting this hard drive for my security camera system, it is great quality and very small size and works great.

Hard drive okay, but disappointed the lap top is still running slow. Doesn't seem to have helped. After investing over $350 to get it up and operating, wished I would have bought a new lap top

my original hard drive went, so i bought this hard drive thinking it was faster than my original drive. it could be me, but it doesn't seem as fast to me in retrieving my content from drive

If Best Buy would’ve done their job I wouldn’t have had to buy this so naturally I don’t have a lot of positive things to say
