Easy to use, great storage space for the price love it

Great starting 2.5 HD. only Con is with the store's availability and options available not having it everywhere and only 1TB available only being option available.

My son needed more space on his xbox. I tried to figure out the bestway to fix the issue. I was on here just looking when the idea came to mind. I called my son-in-law and told him of my idea, he told me it was a great one. I had gone to the store got the wrong one but i figured it out. I surprised my son. my laptop's hard drive died. In a pinch, I bought the WD Mainstream internal Serial ATA hard drive because it was recommended. Easy to install, it worked like a charm. Highly recommended.

I bought this to replace and increase hard drive in Sony Play Station. Installation was simple and worked perfectly after installation and loading with PlayStation software.

I had a computer malfunction near the end of 2018. I was concerned that I would lose all my data. I immediately went to Best Buy and bought this 1TB Hard Drive, hooked it up and backed up all my information. This turned out to be fortunate as my computer bit the dust about two weeks later. However, all my important data survived because it was on my new Western Digital hard drive. When my new computer arrived, I downloaded all my information to the new computer and added my "new" hard drive to the computer. This was a serious success story for me.
