    Had my laptop since 2003 and I didn't want to buy a new one. Needed a hard drive this was a great price for a hard drive. Things are working fine now.

    Western Digital hard drives, to me, means a greatly reliable hard drive. This was purchased to image from an existing 500GB drive. It performed absolutely as expected.

    I bought the WD Mainstream 1TB HDD to replace the 500GB HDD that came with my PS4. A real gamer needs a lot more space for downloads these days. WD is a very good choice when it comes to HDD's.

    Great 1 TB Hard Drive. This was a gift for son to upgrade PS4 from 500 GB to 1 TB. He woke up and opened his present, swapped out hard drives and had it installed within one hour.

    Needed a replacement for a failed HDD in a PC for a client. Best Buy had this HDD in stock and on the floor for purchase. Unboxed the HDD and pushed our standard image onto it. The PC came right up, no issues at all letting me know and confirming that the HDD was operating as expected.

    The hard drive in my laptop died. This was the one the Geek Squad recommended for replacement. They were able to salvage all the data on my laptop and it has worked fine since.
