    I have a 2009 aluminum unibody Macbook (not pro, which out came later) that had maybe only 125 gb of space total on the hard-drive. This was extremely easy to install, my information transferred over via Time Machine, and works flawlessly. I have had my Macbook for almost 10 years and I plan to have it for many more.
