Works great for for backups and storage, I keep all of my pictures and Programs backed up on it.

This drive was purchased to replace the hard drive in my husband's HP laptop. It has been problem free, and was very easy to install.

Was so happy we were able to buy the new hard drive for my sons computer, it was a lot cheaper than purchasing a new computer

The Geek Squad did an excellent job of replacing a dead hard drive in an older laptop with this new Western Digital drive. Additionally they installed a new operating system and tested out the operation of the laptop. When delivering the laptop to me, they thoroughly went through the work they performed, started the laptop and demonstrated correct functioning. In addition, they offered me the old drive in the new drive's box, which they also offered to dispose of the old drive.

Bought this drive to replace a laptop HDD that had been corrupted. Easy to install with existing SATA connections.

This is to substitute my failure laptop hard drive, and it works well and fast. enough for regular work.

Quiet and runs faster than I was expecting, haven become use to SSD’s.
