    Hard drive on our Lenovo all in one took a dump so we picked this up. Seems to be working pretty good. At the time SSD were more expensive. If I could do over I would have went that route. Still a good HDD.

    The WD Blue series of mechanical hard drives are my go-to for data storage, whether I am using them in a desktop or upgrading the drive on a laptop. They are reliable with a low failure rate. Used largely for multimedia data storage, we put a lot of miles on these with no problems.

    So far a good buy, Geek Squad recommended this item, although they were unable to assist with the data recovery. I was able get another computer repair company to recover the data. Only the boot portion of the old drive was bad.
