    Long story short: College daughter's laptop broke, Geek Squad diagnosed problem, replaced & repaired it & made recommendations. Price was right. Back on track to another semester on the Dean's list!! BRAVO GEEK SQUAD!

    I used this for my PS3 slim (not ultra slim) and it worked fine. The backup and restore process took long but that's only cause I had a lot of games and files on the old drive, but that's not a fault of the drive.

    My old HD conked out and needed replacing. I haven't had any hiccups as of now, and I'm taking steps to prolong the life of this new HD. It is running like a dream for a few months now, so I am confident it will last me several years.

    Replaced the dead HD in my TiVo Bolt. This drive is just fine for that purpose. It self-formatted from the TiVo firmware and booted up perfectly.
