This is a nice storage device for extra storage on my primary laptop machine

I messed up the 1TB drive in my Dell All in One. I bought this WD drive to replace it. Easy install. I populated it from a clone I had made of the original. Computer booted up fine after installation. Still working great.

The laptop drive was very inexpensive and works very well.

It works fine because it's new. Let's hope it stays that way. When i bought this i was returning my defective Toshiba hard drive that was $20 cheaper at the time but later realized i could have had this specific or similar mainstream hard drives for less as well. The store prices were simply higher than online prices, so keep that in mind next time you go shopping!

The hard piece of hardware works like a charm as any hard drive should.

Purchased this to replace my laptop HD. Cloned it and it worked fine!

I replaced my old laptop drive to have a spare laptop for guests to use when visiting. The drive is a bit slower than the original but serves the purpose it was needed for. With that said, I must also point out that the original laptop was designed for high end graphics work so it had a faster hard drive installed when built. Still I would recommend this drive.

Install was easy. No problems with anything. Very happy with this.

I need to replace my C drive and saw the $10 difference from 1Tb to 2Tb. I read the description and realized its 7,200rpm VS 5,400rpm. It is for boot and storage drive, so WD 1Tb HDD fits right in my need.

The WD 1TB Hard Drive is a good replacement at a reasonable cost. My son is a college student and his original Hard Drive failed after three years of use. Thanks Best Buy and WD!

My laptop s hard drive fatally failed and a new had drive was installed (Windows 10). I am not familiar with it and so it has proven a challenge learning how to navigate the program. Right now,. I can't get my laptop to connect with my printer.

Bought this for my son's PS3. The drive has to be formatted to FAT32 and the manufacturer's website is the best place at which to do that. It's so easy even a mom can do it!
