    Hard drive crashed on me, took my laptop to geek squad the same day and they had it back to me within 24 hours with the new harddrive and programs I requested be installed ready to go.

    The hard disc was easy to install for beginner. I don't have any problem and i follow steps by steps instructions and then finish install. I recomend to my friends buy this hard drive.

    Purchased this because my laptop HDD died on me. Anyway the IOPS and data transfer rate is average and good for daily storage use. My laptop is dual storage, HDD and SSD for OS.

    Good printer, but set up instructions were not very clear. Took three tries before everything worked correctly. I'm still getting emails to complete the instant ink sign up even though I have an email that says I'm all set with a two month free trial. Tedious at best!

    Had it installed by the Geeks, my old one was acting up. Very good service from the Geeks and the hard drive is running better than the original one

    My Dell's hard drive died on me recently (bad batch) and the Geek Squad used this hard drive to replace my old one and reload everything. So far it is working for me with no issues.

    It is a decent drive. Its read write speeds are not as fast as the specs but it works good for storage drive. I would avoid using this for a boot drive

    Easy to install. Cost for the drive very reasonable. Was able to return a computer to working status instead of buying another computer. This was my first try at changing a laptop hard drive.

    This HD is a second replacement for my garbage Dell laptop. The first Hard Drive was replaced 4 months after I bought it. Just 4 months after that I had to have the RAM replaced, 5 months after that I replaced the HD AGAIN with this. My experience with a Dell has been less than stellar.....

    It was good when I received it back. I just didn’t think I would have to put everything back on it, which was caused me to loose some software that I didn’t remember their passwords or pins that I had for so long. I thought it would run faster but it was slower.
