    I had to buy a replacement HDD after a total failure on my stock one. What can I say? It's a WD. It gets the job done. It's a little loud and runs a little hot but it's the best buy you're gonna get from Best Buy. When I purchased this they had two HDD's for sale, and they're trying to phase the HDD out so they can sell SSD's for 4x as much

    The reason this hard drive got such a poor rating really is about the hard drive. It's about the fact that I purchased a laptop from best buy and the day after my warranty went out the hard drive crashed for no reason what so every! And the fact that they have had my laptop since Jan. 16, 2013 and I just got it back yesterday March 28, 2014. I am a very unhappy customer.

    Since my hard drive was replaced, my computer has been running slow and keeps locking up. I'm not sure if it is a problem with this new hard drive, but the Geek Squad has made several attempts to resolve the problem, which still persists.
