Damaged item placed back on the shelf to sell WHY?

I tried attaching a photo, but multiple file types "failed". The packaging was torn, too. Obviously a return, and obviously not checked by anyone before putting it back on a shelf. Returning, am not sure about buying hard drives from Best Buy again (at least here at Federal Way)

WD black costs more, but is worth it

In talking to some of my tech friends, I learned that I should be purchasing a WD black drive rather than the blue drives I purchased a year ago and again in 2020 if I want them to last longer.

Dissatisfied with performance after buying a new b

That was a drag. Since I brought my laptop home, it is slow to do things, like a delay. I don't thin that is normal. My laptop never did it before. I have intended to bring it back.
