my lap top is falling apart a piece here and there, after i took it in to Best Buy , geek squad , becuase i was having issues with it powering on. had appointment to take it in for them to check, and after they check i was told that my hard drive needed to be replaced. so they did replace it ; and after a few months it started falling apart piece here a piece there. now i have black tape holding it together on side its not tight as it should be and the black molding around the eternet port andthe usb port has broken off and the rubber seal on back of laptop keeps falling out ... '' so i dont what they did they should not have done or should hve done. who ever they appointed to work on my computer '' i so regret ever taking it to them ;; now im really not satisfied , with more trouble falling apart and dragging and freezing ,blinking and hoping from one page to another reported this back couple months after having them do whatever they did; called it in and i was told to make appointment to bring it back in to that store;; i told them i dont believe that i would be taking it back to them, if they are my only choice and i cant be help, then no... they are the cause of my laptop issues after the fact they repaced my Hard Drive''

Hard drive crashed 4 times; 8/2016 and purchased new one; crashed 10/2016 & purchased new one; crashed 4/2017 & purchased new one; crashed 10/2017 & purchased new one. Would not recommend to anyone

It wasn't what I needed and after July 25th I couldn't return it, for what reason I don't know. It is still in the box. They delivered it on July 10 and I guess I only had 15 days to return it.

It did not fit my Lenovo computer when it said it would laptop. I got ripped off

DO NOT BUY! It worked initially and within 2 weeks was just as slow and my original MacBook pro hard drive from 2011. Don't let the good reviews fool you.

Not a quality product. It created a huge number of delayed sectors in the MBR area in a short term and moderate usage.

This hard drive doesn't work with my ASUS laptop. My computer doesn't switch off. I just goes to a state between running and switched off. Can not be started before hard stop.

2 harddrives in only a few months and the company was rude and difficult. Wish there were more options at bestbuy

Cannot use computer because you erased Windows 7. Took back three times. Computer still does not work. You erased printer also. Not happy!

My computer is still firtually unusable since Geek Squad didn't finish the job.

This drive failed after 6 months. No warranty on it - go with another brand

GS took over the month to install the device. at this point visual card not working together with the hard drive.

I actually didn't get to use this hard drive in my computer because I have an older mac. this is the only reason I gave this one star.

MY PC is worst now than before they replace this hard drive, Continue locking up, Saying Yahoo is not working!

I was not able to get either Windows or Mac to get them to recognize the new drive.

Would not work in Mac Pro. Had to return it. Picked up a 500gb drive which worked.
