So it was interesting to hear it needed a new hard drive. I was a bit surprised that we replaced a 2 TB with a 1 TB, but truly, that's probably a lot more than what I need - - so I'm happy!

Great replacement hard drive for my laptop

After having it a day to diagnose, it was determined it needed a new hard drive. Reasonably priced, i authorized them to replace it and do whatever it took to get my laptop back up and running. Eric was a godsend... He put my disorganized system back in tip top shape using this HDD product. Its been working like a charm ever since. Good as gold product if you find yourself in need of it.

This instslled easily and is working on my laptop. You will need to install an operating system which i had to also buy windows 10 to install.

Items have always arrived in time and there's always good communications. I.e., buying and returning an item. I highly recommend them.

My laptop has remained issue-free to this day...

The 1 tb drive is a world of difference

Oh but now the new 1TB drive opens a whole new world graphics really pop. Recommend all 8GB drive owners make the upgrade. Thanks Geeksquad for the transition help.

Just a great hard drive

Very fast access time and the great dependability of Western Digital. Thanks to the GEEK Squad they transferred all my data from my old crashed drive. I was up and running again in no time.

So far so good it seems to be faster?.
