    When my computer froze and I couldn't get it to restart I took it in to the Geek Squad and was told that my hard drive was gone! They told me the options I had, a new hard drive or new laptop and I went with the best solution for me, a new hard drive. They did the work quickly and efficiently and was able to retrieve my information that I thought was lost. I am very pleased
