Curbside Delivery unsatisfactory

ProdBest Buy curbside delivery painfully slow. Unresponsive people on phones, finally had to flag down person making delivery to someone else to get service. Better off going into store to get what i need. Stopped at same store (Hamburg,NY) looking at a new TV. 4 sales people conversing near the cash register in the electronics dept, no one offered to assist me. I finally bought a TV directly from the manufacturer, much more responsive.

I was impressed with the agent. He checked the laptop thoroughly and very quickly. He diagnosed the problem, bad hard drive, and he immediately went to pick up a new one and it was installed in an hour. Problem solved. This laptop works better now than when it was new. Good product and excellent service!
