    Not sure if it was damaged from being shipped without any kind of protective material but after a week struggling to set it up I downloaded software from the manufacturer which told me the drive had too many bad sectors. Now in the process of exchanging it through WD. Not sure if WD or if Best buy is to blame but I haven't been able to use my computer for a month now.
