I needed a replacement drive for my PC. I wasn't quite sure which one to get, but this one looked like it would work for my home PC. I didn't need anything fancy. I purchased it and discovered it was the same type (other than capacity) which came with the PC. That was a good sign. I then went to install and connect it. Everything went perfectly, and once I got the OS installed, the PC was fully functional again. I will certainly buy this hard drive again if I have the need for one!

I need storage for my first ever pc build and after comparing between products this was most efficient in my budget for performance and space.

For my professional and personal usage I only purchase the WD Black Hard Drives and I have literally never had a problem or failure with any of them during that entire 12 year period. So, that's all I continue to buy. I used to purchase another brand name drive but we had problems with them.

I bought this hard drive to install in an old windows home server. Fits right in, installation is easy. Works as it should so far. Great storage hard drive!

My friend's computer HD was maxed out, so I need a larger replacement. This drive was easy to install and served it's purchase. Write speeds aren't the quickest but for what I needed it for it didn't have to be.

Great storage for the cost. Reliable internal drive for you PC. Has worked great for storage extension and regular backups.

The WD 2tb hard drive at the price would of cost me 6 time the price 6 years ago and is so simple to install a child could do it.
