These are great drives for the price! The Blue drives tend to be for home computers. We are actually using them in a mirrored configuration on a on a few hundred light-weight servers without any problems. Regardless of what SATA drive you purchase, make sure that it doesn't pass through a MOLEX connector from the Power Supply Unit. Those PSU connections are notorious for frying HHDs. Again - These are great drives for the price.

I've used several of these hard drives. They work great and last a long time. This is perfect for storing lots of data; but when I buy a system drive then I get a Samsung Evo SSD (solid state drive) instead.

Even though it failed after 3 years, it was good for 3 years.

easy install in my video surveillance system.. Works well and very quiet..

Powered up immediately for the new install of windows 10 with plenty of storage left to input data - quiet and quick! Got a great deal on it when I bought it. Now I have 2 of the same size in my tower aside from 3 external hard drives (I shoot a lot of videos, pictures plus capture audio hence the huge amount of storage needed). Would buy another one at the drop of a hat!

Bought it as a replacement hard drive. Better and faster than the original. Quiet and fast.

So far so good, I bought 6 of these drives for a RAID 0 array of 12tb in my home storage server. AMAZING read and write speeds!

Easy install. No problems here. Pretty much plug and play.

I bought this to replace one of the drives in my desktop computer. I pretty much always stick with Western Digital drives. The one I replace was a Seagate. All went well with the installation and configuration of the drive. The drive it replaced was a data drive and not the primary. Luckily i had plenty of backups of the data so nothing was lost.
