The 2TB drive I purchased was easy to install as a plug and play device . it works perfectly with my current Windows 10 machine. I wold recommend this drive for anyone needing to upgrade their drives.

I added two of these to a raid cage and I have a rock solid back up system. Great product.

I just had the help in building my first rig and only went with the finest. While I could have went with something much cheaper I figured if I was going to go all out might as well do it correctly and I’m really happy with the outcome!

Drive performs surprisingly well for a <7200 rpm drive, netting about 130 megabytes/sec sequential transfer rate. Western Digital drives have always been my "go to" drives. One last caution; be careful when you buy. I thought I was getting a WD Blue drive because of the pretty blue box, but I missed the small green badge on the front of the box. Performance is pretty good nonetheless.

Made my pc run a-lot faster and smoother after installation from a previous 1 TB hard drive.

Not the fastest drive out there but from my experience, the WD drives have outlived virtually every Seagate I own. GO with the black series for performance, purple for AV use or RED if you plan to put them in a NAS/RAID environment.

bought this for local data on my home PC to replace a 4TB that will be added to my NAS runs great, no issues though I do wish it was the 7200 RPM model

Correction on Best Buy specs -- this is a 5400 RPM drive and not faster as posted in sales data. This is an HD working class drive and does a lot of storage at 2 TB at a reasonable speed. For everyday use. Recommended.

Really great drive, got this on sale for under 40 bucks ... with how cheap regular hard drives are these days it doesnt make sense to skip out on a backup one.

Bought in 2021. Still working great today as my second drive on my computer

Easy to install. Plenty of room. Good for the price. Somewhat noisey.

These may be for common pc's but, I have had my other one's in my server for a few years and they are working great!!!

Works like it should. It even made my computer run much faster than it did before. I would definitely recommend this product.

I needed to replace and upgrade my desktop computer hard drive. I cloned my drive with the easy to use WD software provided on line and doubled my hard drive size. This drive was a great price and in a short time greatly extended my computers life.

My old PC had 750 Gig of memory, which back in 2008 was a ton!!! I bought TWO of these 2T babies, which for now seems like plenty, but I am sure that I will be needing a lot more in the future. Fortunately my new case has plenty of slots for more drives.

What can you say Its a 2tb WD drive I use them as storage for programs and photos and stuff and u cant beat the price

Item works great and it helped my computer storage wised.

I bought this 2TB drive (at a great sale price) to put into an enclosure I had already purchased. It fit like a glove and works great! Now I have tons of room for my next big game or whatever else I need. Couldn't be happier! :-)

Installation and setup was extremely simple, and now we have lots of storage for video editing projects, photo albums, etc... I was surprised at how quickly one TB could fill up when you do a lot of video editing and video projects.
