Using this hard drive in a Mac Pro for Time Machine back-up. The drive is very quiet and most often I don't hear it running. No problems at all. Expect this to keep working for many years.

Works seamlessly and the advertised speed is correct.

It works well as a media storage drive. Passed smart test out of the box. Has worked well since install no weird noises yet(fingers crossed).

I bought this to replace an older 1TB Sata 2 drive in my computer. Easy to setup and strike perfectly if not slightly faster than my old WD Black drive.

It’s a good hard drive but it’s slow to start. I get to store a lot of files within it but it does get slow at times.

I won't buy anything else but WD. Hard drive works great. I installed it in my media server so I can add my DVD collection for streaming through our home network. I've never had a complaint with WD drives. I hope I never will.

So far so good. Nice price point for this much storage... kind of wish it was a 7200 RPM but 5400 RPM works just fine for backing up data.

I needed to replace my old backup NAS drive, and this fit the bill in size and price. Works as expected and was a small investment.

I purchased this Hard drive to replace the Hard drive in my 2 year old Del EPS That was failing. I picked this one because of the reviews. I went with the 2TB because It was only $10.00 more than the 1TB. More for your money. Works Great.

It's nice to have a store that stocks reasonably priced computer parts. Yes, motherboards and processors would be a bonus, but in a small town like Cedar Rapids, it's great to have a store that has components on the shelf.

This is a great little drive I got on sale! I needed one so I purchased one... Western Digital has a long track record of creating reliable drives that don't fail often so this is my 'media drive' and I have an ssd running everything else.

WD makes a good HDD, and the 2TB Internal Disk is no exception. The WD warranty cant be beat; 2 years and free replacements if they fail in warranty.Use them in PCs and CCTV systems and they run GREAT! Cant Go Wrong!
