One of my 6x NAS drives failed. I removed the failed drive, inserted the new drive and within 12 hours the system was fully recovered. Works a treat!

Easy installation, cloned my failing hard drive and automatically switched the boot drive to the new one. Performance is not super high end, but it is fine for my use.

In stock at a good price. Smaller H/D like these are becoming harder to find. I prefer WD drives.

Pros: More HDD Space Drivers were installed automatically No problems setting it up in Computer Management Doesn't seem to be making my Pc temps any higher than usual. Can't hear it over my other drives and fans. Cons: On the back of the box it says it's for mostly storage, web and office apps. Gaming is not checked for the mainstream only the performance model. Not a big deal for me since i'm just going to store movies on it and I have 2 other drives that play games just fine. I haven't tried a game on this HDD but it's very similar to my seagate and that plays games just fine as well as my SSD of cours

Perfect got my ps4 up and running perfectly fine, ps4 was useless before.

I've purchased many hard drives over the years and Western Digital are simply the best. They always last well past the end of their warranty and some just wont die.
