    the drive has already failed. I have never had a drive fail within the first 24 hours after installation. I had a professional technician install this drive so no error on my part.

    since installed by Geek Squad the computer has crashed at least once if not more than 3 times a day. i don't think it's a bad hard drive. I think it is the Geek Squad installder.

    I was sent a useful hard drive. It had a users information in it. I had to format to install my files. I paid for a new drive not a used one.
