    Western Digital has been making great drives for years and this one is no exception. Installed and up and running with no issues. Read/Write speed was great when I transferred a large amount of files off of a backup drive.

    WD drives have been proven as one of the best HDD's on the market. I bought this one to upgrade an older system. I used Acronis to image the old drive and clone it to the new one. Swapped drives booted on the new one. Up and running in under 2 hours.

    I can always count on WD products as I use them for CCTV systems. They last a long time, and only negative about the blue is it does not perform as well as the purple

    Bought because it was on sale. Works as well as any HDD. I only gave 4 stars because immediately after I purchased, Best Buy put the 4 TB model on sale for an even better discount. Why not put all models on sale at the same time?

    This is a replacement in my older desktop instead of having to replace the entire computer and so far so good! Hopefully this one lasts as long as my last hard drive!

    Surprisingly fast given the slower speed than most hard drives (5400 rpm vs 7200 rpm) and serves its purpose well. Still slower than the 2tb seagate barracuda but but cheaper and essentially just as effective.
