    I do lots of upgrades and repairs using WD Mainstream drives. I've never had a customer return a machine with HD problems. I use them for personal use as well and never disappointed.

    I purchase a lot of computers and computer parts and most of them are great quality. However, I do get occasional computer hard drives that are defective. I have also purchased laptops that have been defective. Overall BestBuy products have good quality.
