I have never had a drive fail within the first 24 hours after installation. I had a professional technician install this drive so no error on my part.

Geek Squad has beginners for installers

I think it is the Geek Squad installder.

Necessary Component for DIY PC or Upgrade

Never had issues with past products from this manufacturer and excellent support on-line. Basic install, if brackets or screws needed - should be with mobo. Making BYO pc easy when parts are affordable to the knowledgeable. Always recommend Western Digital!
