Affordable, easy install. Luckily I have an external HD that I backup my info to about once, I also have a Solid State that I have my OS on so it was just take out the old put in the new copy past and back to it.

It has extra protection to vibrations around it. Easy registration process. Easy warranty exchange procedure. WD will cross ship a drive overnight if the drive fails.
