I use these drives for work when I have to collect and store data. Great product.

The price was right, and the storage capacity was really great.

I needed to replace the hard drive on my computer. I asked one of the associates and he recommended this Western Digital Hard Drive. It works just perfectly! So far so good, no problems and everything is running just perfect.

I needed a second Internal Hard Drive, very easy to install, 5 minute installation total and fired up the PC and assigned it a drive letter with disk manager. Made by WD which is well know and I have mostly used WD Drives for many years

I was looking to expand from my 1TB storage. Then I saw this 3TB go on sale so I had to grab it. Would get more. I just had to buy an extra SATA cable and plugged it into the power supply and I was good to go.

As a web developer who uses a plethora of graphic assets, it's nice to dedicate a hard drive to storing them. Space was running out on my other drives so I thought I would a hard drive big enough so I wouldn't have to worry for some time.

Installed this into a modded Original XBOX using a SATA>IDE adapter, works great. Gets you the absolute maximum space that system can be allocated.

BACKUP, BACKUP, BACKUP it is a Must with the risks we face today. Economical and easy to install, Cloud sounds great but only if your OK with those file potentially being accessed without your knowledge.

Used two in a RAID configuration for home server. Never has given me a problem over almost a decade. Can't do better than that.

Replaced yet another failed 1.5 TB drive. First time dropping to 7200 spindle, but seems to have same performance as other drives in my environment. Installed in a Sans Digital JBOD attached to a Server 2012 R2 server, total usable disk 40 TB.

Nice big 3TB hard Drive. If you have an older OS like I do you have to an extra step when formatting the drive for your computer to ready the full 3TB . Works as it should ~ and always a Great Price at Best Buy!

I recently purchased WD - Mainstream 3TB Internal Serial ATA Hard Drive for Desktops to add storage space on an existing PC. Installed and running without problems. Purchased online - picked up in store.

Fast drive and 3TB for $80. I used 7200rpm WD 500GB drive for last 10 years. Old drive was only 50-60 read speed. This drive is 180-200 read speed. I was so surprised that drives these days are that fast.

This was a replacement for a crashed drive. It was easy to install and setup. Highly recommended for use as a desktop drive for backup or main use.
