GOOD PRODUCT I USED IT FOR WEDDING FOOTAGE , IT WASNT SUPER FAST , BUT STILL GOOD WITH NO PROBLEM , I RECCOMENDD THIS PRODUCT

Purchased to replace crashed Hard Drive. Then purchased a second one and cloned it as a backup.

I purchased this drive at the recommendation of my computer person. Unfortunately, we could only access 2tb of the 3tb drive. This was a mystery to him as well as many others I've been in touch with. Not sure if it's because of a compatibility problem with my motherboard or something else, but I'm a bit bummed about this.

It works OK. The only issue I had, was that the cabinet of my PC needed the bay adapters

It will make for a better Christmas present. It is for my granddaughter to play games on.

Affordable and so far so good.wish it was a faster drive but still a good deal

This is a good hard drive for every day use. Not as loud as some others.

I have not had any problems since installing this hard drive.

The software that was included over the internet was very easy to install and use.

I only purchased this hard drive because all the Best Buy stores in my area did not carry the hard drives I wanted. This was an inferior hard drive and I had no choice but to purchase it. I left the store feeling as if I didn't want to come back unless I absolutely needed to.

I tried to buy a 2nd one when these went on sale - DUH - not in any of the 3 Grand Rapids stores. It required learning a new file format ( NOT NTFS ) in order to get it to format all as one drive letter. That means I will not be able to access it on my WinXP computer. Know this limitation before buying.

I didn't really get to use this. I had to return it not because of functionality but it was just too big for the hdd slot. I did switch to the 2.5" that fit and it crashed after 2 years.

I have not had any problems with is since I purchased it a few weeks ago.

Works great, easy replacement, solid construction.

Good drive. Was used as an external backup drive and it performed predictably. Not the fastest, not the slowest. For this purposed it was perfect. Probably would not use as an internal drive though.

It's should be a 3 Tb but the best buy geek squad could only get it to work on only 2 TB said my computer only see's up to 2TB. The only reason I bought the 3TB is because it was $20. cheaper than the one they were selling for 2TB.

The WD 3TB HDD is a good general purpose drive. I wanted a 4TB or larger HDD but during the holiday season this was the biggest drive the Redding Best Buy had in stock.

Have had it for a couple of months or so works great kind of slow now and then and gets a ticking noise here and there . Use it to store video games on .
