Not a good choice

The geek squad agents didn't even give me the option of choosing which brand hard drive I wanted. They said this one would've been good for my pc. Since I got my computer fixed it runs super slow with this hard drive wish I would've never got it

It works so far, but not nearly as good as the original. However, going from solid state to this is expected to have less quality.

Disappointed

Took a 8 Tera byte external hard drive just to copy anything that needed off my computer. When I got my external hard drive there was nothing on it, there were things I put on there that I wanted to keep. The best they could do was give me another hard drive. Too say the least I am not happy with Best Buy.
