I've bought like 5 or 6 of these hard drives in the past year and a half and that's a little out of control. I mean don't get me wrong. I admit I'm a little hard on these things and they're mechanical and they're cheap but come on man.

Entry level storage drive nothing special but gets the job done

This hard drive was installed to my laptop to replaced the original Toshiba brand. It gave me a lot of issues. The Geek Squad member suggested an SSD drive which works great so far.

The disk is what you'd expect from a hard drive. The 2 stars is because the acronis true image that is supposed to be free with wd drives did not work. It wouldnt recognize the drive as WD.

I purchased a Samsung 65 in tv, I feel I should not have to watch Samsung movie before being able to stream and the remote is horrible. I am truly not satisfied with this tv other than the size. I want to call or come in the store and see about a return. This is just not what I expected from Samsung. I now understand why I was told TCL was probably a better buy that Samsung especailly when it come to the remote and voice control.....

This devise crashed within a year of having it. My dad was disappointed in it.

Purchased the hard drive because my laptop hard drive crashed. I had the Geek squad install it into my laptop. Went home with excitement that my computer would finally work. Loaded the recovery software and after a few hours a message appeared that the hardware wouldn't accept my software. Tried again and the same message. Disappointed. Used the hard drive that came with my computer.

I had to replace my hard drive because the old one was corrupt. All my laptop says is no device found.

I thought I would be able to install it myself. I did not yet because removing the old one from its case was tough. I had not replaced a laptop hard drive before so I decided to wait and get more educated on replacing the hard drive or to have it done professionally.

Hard drive failed after1 week. Took it back and got another.

Selected for installation by the geek squad, but has crashed 3 or maybe this is the 4th time. Luckily we had the tech plan and it has been replaced so maybe the 4th time is the charm. The Geek squad techs have been awesome to work with, but sill a lot of time without a computer.

this hard drive ran fine at first, but it failed at about the 4 hour mark. Hope it was just a fluke as I exchanged it without problems with another of it's same brank.
