Good Solid Hard Drive Affordable

It is not a very fast hard drive - This is not the sort of storage that you would want as your primary drive to pair with you new 'gaming rig' with top of the line graphics and CPU. It will work just fine, but you will need to wait a few seconds longer for Windows to start up and for video games to load than you may be used to. If you want a fast drive, either get a Solid State Drive or 'WD Desktop Performance' or 'WD Black' hard drive (but these will be more expensive per GB and will consumer more power, except for the SSD which consumes less power). This drive has five very good aspects - 1) It has a LOT of storage for the price, 2) It consumes less than half of the power of a standard HDD, 3) It is extremely reliable, 4) It is much quieter than a standard HDD, and 5) It produces a lot less heat than a standard HDD.

Great hard-drive, inexpensive
