WD - 500GB Internal Serial ATA Hard Drive

This hard drive works great

They looked at it and recommended a new hard drive. They repaired it and installed the new hard drive and it works great. They were very quick to determine and fix the issues as well as very friendly to deal with. I am not very technical and they explained everything to me so that I could understand it. I really appreciate the way they took care of the issues.

Solid 7200 RPM drive

RESULT OF CRASHED HARD DRIVE

They replaced it with this item and now my computer works like when it was new. I didn't realize the slow degradation of my computer until they installed this part. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THIS HARD DRIVE, WORKS AS ADVERTISED !

Easy to Upgrade Hard Drive

Very cost effective too. I used this a month ago, to reformat an Acer Aspire 5517 Laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium from 2009-ish. $44 compared to cost of new laptop for an elderly parent that basically uses it for photos, Facebook, and playing card games online.
