My hard drive gave out on me so I had to replace it before I went back to school and everything worked out.

Had my computer repaired. Geek Squad was great. Products I have purchased are of good quality. No complaints.

I kept getting an error message on my PlayStation. When I googled it... it said I needed to replace the hard drive. Got this and installed it perfectly and amazingly easy! If this is what you are trying to accomplish. This is a great product to use. Haven't had any issues!!

My laptop hard drive was dying. So I purchased the western digital 500GB hard drive as a replacement. I cloned my drive to the new drive and installed into my laptop. Now it works beautifully. No Glitches! I recommend this hard drive, and use only western digital drives.

This harddrive seems to be working great. I don't usually put it in myself but all went well. My last hard drive only lasted 3 years and it was the original one that came with the computer and was a different brand. Will have to see how long this one lasts. So far so good!!!

I NEEDED MY COMPUTER TO WORK QUICKLY AND IT DOES. I USE IT EVERYDAY. THANKS!!!! THE CHARGE COULD BE A JUST LITTLE LONGER SO I DO NOT NEED TO PLUG IN IT SO FEQUENTLY.

My neighbor, who is on a fixed income, was starting to have hard drive errors on her old laptop. I was able to clone her old drive and put everything on this drive, saving her data, and allowing her to keep using her old computer for a lot less than a new laptop would have cost.

I've bought 2 of these drives over the last year. Both have turned out to be great investments. When replacing a drive in old laptops that are just about done you cant go wrong with this drive. Easy installation of the OS. No reason to get a higher preforming drive for old laptops.

At first I thought I would have to purchase a new lap top computer. After some research and talking to a Best Buy employee I decided to purchased a internal hard drive. The internal hard drive was easy to install and my lap top is working great now. Thank you Best Buy and your educated employees.

I replaced the hard drive in my PC. The new drive works well, is quiet and I expect it to be durabl.

Upon opening the box I was relieved to see a hard drive within. When I took it out, there were no sharp edges, and all of the cords plugged in easily. The range of colors that the unit comes in is limited which is disappointing, but for this price you can't complain.
