    It was easy TO RMOVE THE OLD HARD DRIVE. replace IT WITH THIS one. I downloaded WINDOWS 10 off of the internet and VAULA!!!

    previous hard drive was not running well when updated with Yosemite. the hard drive was replaced and the new hard drive is not allowing certain programs to be installed such as ones to view videos. i will need to take the laptop back to geek squad to have it checked.
