    HD needed replacing, Geek Squad to the rescue, they are a great group of highly professional geeks that really know how to break down the technical words to layman terms so that the customer understands whats to be done. Great job squad

    I think this was a purchase I thought my computer was gone until I went to best buy and the geek squad employee gave me the good news that they could fix it with no problem , I got my computer the next day and was surprise it was short result .I think I will bring my product to best buy. thank yu

    This is a great platter hard drive if you don't feel the need to spend extra money on a solid state drive. There is not much you can say about a hard drive... I've been using this one for over two years without any issue.
