    Shipped from Cali to TX. Got it in a few days which was awesome! It was about 6 days faster than originally promised. No complaints here. I liked it so much I bought the "black series" one just like it for my other laptop.

    Replace a failed drive in my daughters laptop in about 5 min. Restored the software from OEM disk. Laptop runs quieter and better with the WD drive than is ever did with the OEM drive {not WD} .

    The hard drive in the laptop needed to be replaced. Took it to the Geek Squad in Bel Air and it was replaced. The laptop was repaired and returned sooner then they said it would. Very satisfied with the work

    I like all the WD externials I have but I don't like they always want to load their software. If I wanted to install it I would but don't like to hit cancel on each computer I plug it in to.
