    Got at best buy store on dadeland station 557 ,got installed by the geek squad and it fixed my laptop which hard crashed the hard drive.manager Carlos Garcia was awesome.best buy great products,Great service

    Ok, so I got this for my PS4, because my current HDD died on me. After installing this brand new Hard drive that I picked up at the local best buy, the hard drive just hung. The PS4 could read it. It can making a loud swishing and click sound every 2 seconds. After a hour of troubleshooting we figured it was bad. Went back to bestbuy for a replacement which was very easy. Installed the new replaced Hard drive and it worked great. I was able to reinstall the PS4 OS and got everything up and running again.
