No instructions needed the setup on this was very easy you just plug it into the back and follow instructions on Xbox, very quick process and I tripled my storage with this, and I can seamlessly play games that are downloaded on the drive unlike the non x/s drives. In conclusion if you find yourself downloading and deleting and redownloading games all the time like I was, and ofc if u feel like it’ll be worth the money to you, I would definitely recommend this to any Xbox user.

This storage expansion card has been an excellent addition to my Xbox Series X console, especially since I’m using the first Series X. Now I have more storage for games/apps on my console and it allows me to easily play the games that are stored on the expansion card.

After a little over a year, getting almost daily usage, i would recommend this product. It was the least expensive found at the time (too include a small discount). It was delivered within two days of purchase. After the time that has passed it is still performing as the day it was installed, it also takes up minimal space on the console.

YOU NEED THIS in order to play games directly off the driver. This is an excellent way to get extra storage that you can actually use and play games from without the pain of transferring things back and forth.

These storage cards are great for adding additional storage to your xbox without losing the speed of the modern games, allowing you to pause and resume the game, and operating much like the internal storage. Having to get so much additional storage is inconvenient but at least Microsoft left an option for a storage solution that would not require transferring back and forth to get the full speed of the SSD. I have two of this one and one from the competing vendor. Right now, both WD expansion cards are in the two Xboxs, but both brands did well even with traveling and taking one Xbox with me on the road. I would remove the expansion cards, put the covers on them, and put them in a case while traveling to ensure they didn't get damaged. Removing and installing them multiple times into the Xbox has not caused any problems with reading or writing the cards.

Quick and easy, console is labeled ,where to install it ,inserts as easy as a usb charging cord ,installed it straight into the back,of the series s console ,working great so far .

Seamless storage upgrade for my Series S! This was a much needed upgrade for my Series S that only had 500 gb of storage. The storage works perfectly with the system OS! Had been looking at adding storage since originally purchased my Xbox. Once the price dropped to $129 I decided to go for it. I would highly recommend to any Xbox owner needing more storage!!

Really nice expansion! With storage being an expensive thing this is a nice option. Plug it in and go. Gives you a very good amount of storage. You still have to delete games you’re not playing but that’s cause most games are 100 gigs nowadays.
