I purchased this for a great price. 10tb is enough for me. I have two of these for both my rigs

Got this when it was on sale and thus unit is very fast. I ran some tests on the drive and I am very impressed

I use this drive as automatic external backup for files on my desktop pc. I have past experience with Western Digital drives, and have several of these Easystore products. They've always been reliable, and automatic backup is easy with the included WD Backup software.

Haven't had this drive long enough to have input on its reliability. However, I ran surface checks for 3 weeks before attaching it to one of my NAS boxes. I also have a handful of other WD USB drives which have been running 24x7 for over a year and no signs of any failures so far.

This is my 4th external hard drive but I have always bought the smaller ones. I am glad I bought the 10TB.

Western Digital makes the best drives. There are only 3 manufacturers remaining. I was formerly a Seagate guy, in fact I worked at one of their factories, but their quality slipped.

I've had for over 2 years now. 10 TB is great for storing all my data from previous laptops. Only downside is that the first time opening the directory can take up to 12 seconds, as if it was reconnecting. This is not an issue, afterwards.

This was easy to get started. Time will tell about reliability, but I use other WD hard drives and they haven't yet failed. I do a lot of theater work and keep all my production data for future reference. I have 8 WD drives of varying sizes and none have failed so far.

I basically use it for music and movies, I had a smaller version that a dumb "tech" burned when trying to fix the connector where you plug the USB cable int he device, so I had to use myBook version of it. So far is been more than 1 month and works very well...

Bought this when it was on sale. 10 TB is a lot and will definitely by again - backup of a backup.

Inexpensive bulk storage for backup as an alternative to cloud storage.

The drive has fast input and output speed and is quiet. Makes a great backup drive.

This disk provides plenty of storage to store all your personal photos/videos and backups.

Device is plug and play. The price was as cheap as I've seen. Great way to have ample backup space.

I need space for my pictures on my. Computer, I didnt want to buy another computer.

I waited patiently for a sale on this 10TB drive but honestly it’s a good value at retail. You can’t go wrong with the quality WD drives inside these and the software Western Digital includes with them is a nice bonus.

I think external hard drives are way over priced in general but I will say that I do not have any issues with this one. It works great but I think they need to give you the full memory or space that they say they are giving. The internal parts take up space so you truly are not getting the amount of memory that you are paying for. I think they need to fix that but it still works great.

Has tons of space to save games and videos. I really like it!

I use my own back up software this works good. I might buy more and shuck it when I build my next pc

got one of these last year and liked it was glad to see it on sale again this week however after seeing it on sale sun-wed, and going in to get it Thursday only to find out that this one was no longer on sale however the 8 and the 12 tb ones still were was very upsetting recommend the product but not best buys current stance on sales
