      Drive is noT doing the automatic backups that you set. Backup schedules are set but message appears that states “Missed Backup”. Requires manual backup.

      Not super happy with this purchase. The actual storage is 9TB not 10TB as advertised. The read/write time is fine once the drive gets spinning, but I've found I can click on a folder and it can take up to 20 secs. before the folder opens. The drive is so slow I immediately went out and bought an SSD drive just to have fast read and write times. This is OK for storing large chucks of data just as long as you are not having to regularly access them.
