I have owned Easystore 8TB and 10TB drives and this is as good as they are.

This is a good HDD. I Liked it alot. Good stuff.

I'm a photographer and need room to back up my photos. This 12 GB hard drive is the perfect choice! Because of the high volume of memory, I use it as a back up to my 8 TB back up to my 5 TB Media drive. You can never have too much space!!!

Good Hard drive for general purpose with a good quality drive inside.

I can't find a cheaper than this. All I needed was an external HDD with huge storage space, speed and size does not matter. So this is it! I picked it up when it was on sales. I would buy the same item again when I need more storage space.

Works great! So very glad I made this purchase as it totally saved me when my computer died without any warning. I was able to quickly and easily install all my work info on my new computer and get working quickly.

Take it from someone who had to learn the hard way, if you care about your data and you don't want to lose it if something happens to this drive, THROW IT IN THE TRASH. I am beyond ticked off about this, first of all, there is nowhere stating what kind of hard drive this is. Just to inform all of you, it is a helium hard drive. If you've never heard of it, neither did I, until I'm standing at a data recovery center in tears asking what in gods name that means and why does that make my life difficult. Let me enlighten you, helium drives are infused with helium gas meaning there isn't a way for anyone to repair these without destroying them if you open it up internally. We don't have enough research, or I guess technology isn't there yet is what I was told. Meanwhile, Western digital is over here selling these products to people and none of us have any clue about it, unless you're in a situation where you need data recovery, and the hard drive is in Mechanical failure and nobody can do anything because they can't open it to repair it. Not to mention putting their brand over other manufacturers hard drives and claiming it's theirs, so you don't know what you're really getting. Moral of the story, don't buy this. If you did, get something else, and make sure for the love of all that is holy that it is a NORMAL HARD DRIVE.

Its ok..does what it needs to do. You cant do a backup of a mac and make filders its either or....

Good pieces of technological equipment. As long as you don’t dropped you should be ok. I used for a while and have no complaints

It is easy to use. Just connect and go to work. It is fast. Unused space is getting quite large with this big of a HD. 10% is unusable right from the start and then when it reaches 90% of the remaining space it gives a warning of space running out.

WD Quality and if you catch it on Sale it's a Good Deal too.

This is about my 7th WD HDD I've purchased along with a couple of other brands. I think WD gives the best value for the price and when this went on sale I couldn't resist. Works great, plug and play and seems a little quieter than the last 8TB one I bought
