I Bought this product and transferred all of my office photos to it. It crashed 3 weeks later and we ended up paying another company close to $800 to retrieve them and we were not successful. We lost several years worth of work. They were extremely unprofessional , they did not care and their response was that it is normal for this to happen. This has caused a lot of damage to my company. Do not trust them .
