It was $190 when I bought it, hard to find hdd's for $13.57 per TB. Works as it should. Size is 12.7tb in reality. Transfers on average 90mpbs on usb3.0. Would recommend highly at $190 to $200. For 300 you can get 2 8TB's and have more space total.

I used this primarily for backup files and it works well so far. The transfer rate is pretty fast. The backup software that came with it doesn't support network drive transfer so I'm not suing that. Other than that small issue, this has been reliable.

This drive is soo good for long term photo storage

im using it for an xbox one X, its amazing, i hooked it up to a smartplug so i can disconnect it via voice commands and also with the native app, google home, alexa skills, so it is not always on, it has a small flashing light as you can see on the picture, you can either cover it with tape or flip it to the other side lol, a massive game library i have over 800+ games, it takes like a minute for it to load on the system, i never felt it hot or running other than when im downloading games, got it for like 200 bucks a couple months ago currenty going for like 275/300 price range, overall very satisfied.

I'm a full-time wedding videographer, which means storage space is always scarce. I have three if these and highly recommend.

I have been looking for a new external drive to save my video projects on since all of my pre-existing drives are getting full. Was searching for a while for something in excess of 10TB, but the price wasn't something that I was willing to pay, until this 14TB Easy Store went on sale. I immediately jumped on it. I've gotten exactly the amount of disk space that I need for the time being at a fraction of the cost of what some other manufactures are selling their externals for. As an owner of 10 different easy store drives, I would recommend these products for their reliability.

Great drives. I bought 2 of them for use in a Synology NAS. Luck of the draw I think but I did receive 2 7200 RPM drives. I've had good luck overall with WD over other brands and will continue to support them.

Surprisingly Well but not that fast but It does the job. I woukd recommend an external SSD for a friend but If they are on a budget then that is different.

This is an excellent device for backups of all kinds. Paired with a laptop or desktop with a 3.0 USB connection for fast transfers, you have what one needs for even secured data access. Best purchased while on sale for best value.

Seems to be doing as expected. I am using it to back up multiple drives in my computer and an external drive. It was not clear that the backup software had to be downloaded, but after that, it went pretty easily.

this drive has proven to be both reliable and durable. We have copied a lot of information to and from the drive over the last month resulting in great success. Clearly, we have a ways to go to see how it holds up as the months go by, by so far it has been doing quite well. Transfer speeds are right where they should be for a quality spinning drive, making it perfect for mass content and backups alike (falling around 180-190MB/s on average). This is an incredible amount of space for serious users in need of it.

Very good option for any back up need. Purchased two of the to mirror my archive so can have my data stored safely.

I own three of these 14 TB drives. They format to 13.7 God Terabytes. This is true of all hard drives. They have a so called “Green” drive inside which means they are not the fastest. I use them for backup of a server. Just understand that 14 TB of data may take many hours to load. And need good ventilation.

Great hard drive. Western digital are very trustworthy and this drive is fast and easily hides away behind my laptop

Got this on sale. Serves its function and great fast drive if connected via usb3. Easystore is exclusive to best buy and prefer its slightly different over the wd elements.

WD 14TB is excellent drive: it reasonably fast for mechanical drive, has very little noise and almost no any vibration. 8TB drives have a lot of vibration, 10/12TB much less and 14TB are excellent in this point.

Easy set-up and flawless operation thus far! It can be as easy as, connect the drive to your main computer with the provided cable and you're all set and ready to store files.

A value drive for the price. Alot of storage but slow speeds.

Shucked the HD for my server, still going strong. Requires the third pin to be blocked is you are not using it in the case through USB.
