Drive transfers quickly and seems to work great. No problems so far.

Cant use for what i had intended it for which was an external storage for my game system.

There are not other competitor brands with this capacity on the market . Thought product is working good . I never experienced any problems

Very quiet and amazing speed, more than 120mgts, I was not expecting that speed compared to other drives I bought in the past. . Very good for backups

I am quite satisfied with this purchase. I have added this drive next to my WD easystore 8TB drive which I have had for over two years.

I bought two of these on sale, and it was a good deal. When I plugged them in, they computer had a hard time recognizing them. They finally settled down and now serve my music on my HTPC. Extremely quiet!

Drive works as advertised. Simply connected it to the USB port.

Been using this Ext. for storing pictures, videos - which I would stream to Pc or TVs. So far the performance is good, have only used about 50GB thus far. The only issue I'm having is that at random times the Ext. would disconnect and not be readable on Pc or any of the TVs, the white light will stay blinking indefinitely. This does not happen all the time but is annoying. The read speeds are decent, take a couple of seconds to load thumbnails when browsing through the library- making me have to wait for the drive to catch up before scrolling down. So far it's alright, nothing special

Best place to jumpstart having the current highest non industrial consumer memory bank. Worth the price for how much space you will have and almost never use up, unless you are using it as a console external hard drive (looking at you Warzone). If you want more memory by 2 or go pay for a subscription to the cloud or something, otherwise this is one of the best options available so far that ive found.

Okay but not too easy to use. Not a bad product for a good price. Wait until Black Friday, usually they go for a decent price.

Second one I've purchased. Good Backup Drive for my family media.

I purchased three of these and two failed. Luckily could move everything off but extremely time consuming and frustrating. We reformatted but I don't trust them with anything vital. Something about the 14TB. No problem with the 16TB.

It is loud and vibrates. I'm not sure if they are all like that or if I got one that has this issue. Otherwise, can't beat the price per TB.

Bought quite a number of them. The space/price ratio is excellent. We shipped aboard and no-one had any problem with them.

I have had several of these and in my experience 1 in every 10 comes out of the box DOA. It is a good idea to run a slow format right out of the box to stress test it. If it takes a good slow format, then it should be fine.

Would have given 5 stars but 1) the utilities program doesn't work with Win7 and 2) startup and shutdown times have increased quite a bit. Otherwise, a nice Black Friday price for a lot of backup space.

I've had multiple WD easystore HDs with no problems so far, this one is no different. Plug and Play. I did get it on sale, so that made it a better value.

great item, fast hard drive, it works great. I got it while I was on Win10Pro and now I'm on Win11Pro and it still works great.

I got WD140EDGZ from this. Linux smartctl indicates they are helium-filled, 7200rpm drives. I don't know the cache size, though.

I have had this product for only one month at discounted price during Black Friday sale. The speed is relevant but it seems to really fast. So far so good
