Great storage device, I use it to store digital photos and movies. 14TB and haven’t even put a dent in that storage space. Great price!

I was lucky enough to pick up this drive while on sale. Lots of storage space for your files and excellent build quality. I'm using this as a back up drive for my video files and it has worked flawlessly since purchase.

WD hard drives are my go-to, and they’ve been much more reliable for me than Seagate. These easystore models, only at Best Buy, are usually the best value for the capacity.

I bought this unit (for backup purposes on a Mac) because of its substantial capacity and very reasonable price. Some specs claim the platter spins at 7200 RPM, but I believe 5400 RPM is correct, and that is sufficient for a backup unit. I have purchased many WD drives before, as well as competitive drives, and have found all of them to be well designed and (mostly) reliable, but I have discovered the hard way that they don't last forever. My "go to" units are G-Drive Professional, which are rugged 7200 RPM units, but substantially more expensive. Hard drives are pretty commodified these days, and you get what you pay for. I have no complaints (yet) about this one.

The price per terabyte is hard to beat with these easy stores. It's shuckable, and I got a white label internal drive. (DO THAT AT YOUR OWN RISK). I've had no issues with using it as a network drive to backup my various devices and computers.

Purchased this on sale for $199 and shucked it for my NAS. Performance has been good and the price is great. Removing the drive from the enclosure seems to be getting easier so they must know people are doing it.

Worked exactly as expected. I shucked the drive to use in an Unraid server, with no issues. At $199, the price was exactly in my budget. Will definitely buy again

An absolute must have for all of you data hoarders out there! After formatting, you will have 12.7 TB, so keep that in mind. I have been using WD drives for years and I find them to be the most reliable for me!

Big capacity, auto sleep and stable performance. This is very ideal external hard drive with my NUC PC. I run NUC PC with several external HDDs as a media/file server. Low energy but huge amount of files are accessible 24x7.

I purchased this hard drive to combine all my older computers. Its plug and play and fast USB 3.0 connection made it a snap. I highly recommend this Western Digital Drive for its, speed capacity and value!

Decent speed, plenty of room for backing up photos and videos. Reliable as well. This is the 2nd one of same type and same manufacturer. Good support from WD. It runs cool and quietly. LED is dim enough not to disturb sleep. Highly recommended.

My external drive is close to getting max'd out. This was on Sale and I could not pass up on this deal. A must have if you work closely with videos and photo's.

Huge drive. I use it for my mac time machine as a secondary backup to cloud. Works well. Some people complain of noise... doesnt bother me at all. Not sure why people even talk about it.

Great drive, sustained writes are very quick around 120mb/s, have stressed this drive for a week straight and filled it up no issues, Shucks really easy. Hopefully it lasts, will have to buy another soon to back up my now complete collection.

Insane amount of storage for backing up all of your stuff. These drives are pretty quiet and transfer fast over USB3. They do get warm in the enclosure, so I put a small USB fan over the top to pull air through it to give it some air flow.

This was such an excellent deal when i bought it that i couldn't pass it up. Historically i've had great luck with western digital products, so when i saw a 14tb drive for under 200 bucks i jumped at it.

Western Digital never fails. Just wait for the sales. I own 6 drives all different capacities. Every single one works like the day I bought it. The most recent was a 14TB and basically doubled the storage I had prior with one drive.

I needed an external Harddisk for my storage needs and this one is the best priced in 14TB category. Have been using this day to day for almost an year without any issues.
