Made it so it wasn't larger enough for my needs. If you're going to advertise 14Tb, that should be the available storage not 12.8 Tb. While I do recommend this product, the buyer should be awsre that they aren't getting 14Tb of storage

Downloads files and folders really quickly. I haven’t had any issues with it so far. I’ve purchased several WD products, and they have all worked well without any issues so far.

OK so far, tested good

Was purchased, placed on my desk, and never touched outside of occasionally being used to backup files. Tried ever fix I've heard of, no dice. Now had TWO of these WD drives do the same thing. Happened about 30 days after I bought, Best Buy told me it was my problem because the return policy is 15 days. WD clearly has inconsistencies in hard drives this size. I would steer clear and find another option.
