Works really well, WD has always been my go to hard drive...

I have had two of these crash on me within a year. The first one lasted 10 months when it crashed and the one I replaced it with is only 6 months old and is starting to do the same exact thing the other did right before it crashed. I reached out to WD about the issues and they refuse to stand behind their product. Will not buy another WD hard drive.

I bought two of these 14tb easystore external drives, and both are throwing bad sector faults using WD drive health tools. Guessing these are factory rejects that pass a short test and I'm guessing WD assumes no one runs long tests, right?

this is a great drive fast transfers no troubles yet

I was very disappointed after an entire day of transferring data to the external drive the unit was idle when it began the continuous click of death. Recorded a video of the issue. Returned the unit for a refund. A little unnerved to do an exchange for a replacement.

Easy to install hard drive and fast data transfer.

Just purchased on 7/2 and it's actually store 13T not 14, and for some reason the security feature to create a password does not work, every time I try the dialog box says attach a supported WD hard drive. Already sent a case file to WD..... not happy at all!!!

Absolute Garbage......After transferring 14tb of data to this drive it failed.....complete failure. Clicks for about a minute and then stops completely. Nothing recognized at all. Absolutely furious. Drive is one day past 30 days purchased....garbage.

I bought a 14TB, but there is only 12.7TB free on the drive, brand new. Also, the transfer rate is much slower than 5gbps. I'll either return or exchange

Worst review ever. this is why i spend my money at other places. i kept getting transferred for 2o to 25mins at a time. finally the last person didn't give a crap of my issue or the transaction of my credit card. then she tried to pass me off for the 5th time. i finally hungup.

Bad return experience! I ordered two of the same item and showed the order number to the clerk, only to return the order that wasn't the one I requested! I will lose my money!
