This hard drive is perfect. It fit right on top of my PC and out of the way. No loud noise when its being used. And its large enough for everything i need with more room to spare, especially for that price point,

I have bought WD for most of my hard drive needs, and this one, as expected, had not issues, was pretty quiet during use, and I managed to transfer my data to it without any problems...

This WD drive is working great about 3 months in. It runs a nightly backup routine I have set up using cron and rsync with a Synology NAS. The only thing that would make it better is if it spun at 7200rpm instead of 5400rpm.

This now my third time purchasing their external hard drives and I have yet to have a problem with any of them. Such a great product and it’s all I’ll buy.

The 14 TB has provided me with the comfort of not having to worry about ever needing enough storage for my in home use. It was easy to back up to my specifications. Price was unbeatable!

For some reason I did not see this mentioned before I bought the product, but this thing is loud. It’s been reliable however, I repeat, it is quite loud.

Purchased the 14T unit for media storage on a Mac. The unit was easy to set up and worked well in my mixed Mac / PC environment. Unit is quiet and trouble free. It has been knocked around a couple times accidentally and has been unaffected. Good purchase when on sale. I will be buying additional units.

Great external drive. Holds all my pictures and videos. Really needed to expand storage since cloud storage was too costly for all my family pictures and videos.

Plenty of space. Was able to add tons of my files from separate drives and still got plenty of space left

Great value for the money, I've had a ton of these shucked and in use for a storage array for years with no issues.

Awesome best buy only product. Need to have for those with lots of game recording. Looking to buy another. Upload speed is around 200MB/s which is stellar for a hdd. Save some money and wait for a sale.

i always get WD HDs because of their reliability. i have several externals and also internals. would highly recommend.

Very impressed with the quality and how easily it was to install. If you have a newer PSU there is no need to play around with kapton tape. If you have a 5 wire SATA cable, you’re pretty much good to go.

Holy Cow. 14 TB, how is this possible. I bought 2 and gonna get me another just because. You can never have too much storage. I've got WD harddrives that are at least 10 years old.

Wonderful driver to stroe all ypu data or using it as a backup device of your NAS via us . No setup required when plug in computer.

This was the best decision I have made. I was using different backup drives and had to try to remember where my files and photos were saved. Now I have them all on one drive.

Got on sale for a great price for the size. Will easily hold my music and movies
